Since everyone is posting sightings of Toews at the bars…
My friend met him over the summer and yes, he was in plaid. They took a picture together and he is doing a duck/kissy face. Looks ridiculous but hilarious. She said he then bought her and her friend a drink. She also said he was very funny and nice.
